1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions apply to all events organized by The Local Sessions / The Local Productions S.A.R.L / The Local Association (“the Organizer”), including The Local Spring Festival and any related concerts, showcases, or activities.
By purchasing a ticket or attending one of our events, you acknowledge and accept these Terms in full.
2. Conduct and Safety
Attendees must comply with all instructions issued by event staff and security personnel. Any form of harassment, violence, or behavior deemed disruptive or unsafe will result in immediate removal without refund. Security checks may be carried out upon entry. The following items are strictly prohibited:
- Weapons of any kind
- Fireworks or flammable materials
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Glass bottles, cans, or plastic bottles
- Large bags, backpacks, or luggage (unless explicitly authorized)
- Professional video/audio recording equipment without prior permission
- Any other items deemed dangerous or inappropriate by event staff
3. Orders and Confirmation
3.1 Finality of Orders: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or modified after purchase.
3.2 Refusal of Orders: The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears fraudulent, excessive, or contrary to fair access principles.
4. Ticket Prices and Payment
Ticket prices are expressed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include all applicable taxes. The price confirmed at purchase is final. Full payment is required for an order to be valid. Accepted payment methods include Moroccan and international bank cards through the secure Vantage Payment Systems (Payzone) platform, as well as cash payment via the PAYEXPRESS network (CashPlus, Barid Cash, Damane Cash, Lana Cash) at authorized agencies. Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment validation.
5. Ticket Delivery and Use
Tickets are issued electronically and contain a unique, non-transferable QR code. Only the first person presenting a valid ticket will be admitted. Any copy, duplication, or resale of a ticket is prohibited and will result in denial of entry without refund. No re-entry is allowed. Once an attendee exits the venue, the ticket is considered used. Tickets remain accessible in the purchaser’s account until the event date. The attendee is responsible for safeguarding their account credentials. The Organizer is not liable for any loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete purchaser information. Any error or irregularity on a ticket must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
6. Cancellations, Postponements, and Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of official cancellation by the Organizer. In such a case, only the ticket price (excluding transaction or processing fees) will be refunded to the original payment method, upon verification of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days following the scheduled event date. In the event of postponement, tickets remain valid for the new date, or purchasers may request a refund within the announced refund period. Lost or stolen tickets will not be reissued.
7. Coupons and Discounts
Discount codes or promotional offers retain their value until their indicated expiration date. Transfer, resale, or commercial use of promotional codes is strictly prohibited.
8. Ticket Limits and Resale
Purchases are limited to 10 tickets per order. Any attempt to purchase tickets with intent to resell for profit constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in order cancellation and legal action.
9. Image and Recording Rights
By attending events organized by The Local Sessions, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. These materials may be used by the Organizer for promotional, editorial, and archival purposes across all media channels, without compensation or prior notice. Unauthorized professional filming, photography, or audio recording by attendees is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from the Organizer.
10. Liability
Attendance at events organized by The Local Sessions is at the attendee’s own risk. While every effort is made to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, the Organizer cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury, except in cases of proven negligence. The Organizer reserves the right to adjust event schedules, lineups, or programs as necessary. In the event of a significant change, affected ticket holders will be informed promptly, and refund options will be made available where appropriate.
11. Complaints and Disputes
Any complaint or dispute must be submitted in writing to contact@thelocalsessions.com. These Terms are governed by Moroccan law, and all disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tangier, Morocco.

13. Privacy and Data Protection
THE LOCAL SESSIONS© and THE LOCAL SPRING FESTIVAL©, owned and operated by The Local Productions S.A.R.L, are registered with the Commission Nationale de controle de la protection des Donnees a caractere Personnel (CNDP), the Moroccan national authority for personal data protection, under registration number A-CEX-1398/2024, in compliance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
Any personal data collected through our platforms is processed in accordance with the principles set forth by Law No. 09-08 and under the oversight of the CNDP. Attendees and users have the right to access, rectify, or oppose the processing of their personal data by contacting us at contact@thelocalsessions.com.
