Terms & Conditions for The Local Spring Festival 2025
1. General Information
The Local Spring Festival 2025 (“Festival”) is a cultural event held in Tangier from April 24 to April 27, 2025 at Palais des Institutions Italiennes.
The Festival consists of two parts:
Free to Enter Day Activities (requires a Day Activities Pass)
Thursday: All day
Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Ticketed Concerts (requires a purchased ticket)
Friday: 7:00 PM onwards
Saturday: 7:00 PM onwards
Sunday: 7:00 PM onwards
2. Access and Ticketing
Day Activities Pass: Access to the free part of the Festival requires a Day Activities Pass, which can be obtained for free from our website.
Concert Tickets: The Day Activities Pass DOES NOT grant access to the ticketed concerts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings. To attend these concerts, you must purchase a ticket from this link.
Entry Requirements: You must present your Day Activities Pass (digital or printed) at the entrance to access the free part of the Festival.
ID Verification: Attendees must present a valid ID at the entrance along with their Day Activities Pass. The name on the ID must match the name on the pass. Entry may be denied if the names do not match.
3. Festival Rules & Code of Conduct
To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, attendees must adhere to the following rules:
Respectful Behavior: Be respectful to other attendees, festival staff, and artists. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Security Checks: Festival security reserves the right to check bags at entry points for safety purposes.
Photography & Recording: By attending the Festival, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. Unauthorized professional filming or photography without prior approval is prohibited.
4. Amendments and Updates
The Festival organizers reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
